PPA217 One Heartini, Two Heartini

Today is a Sketch Challenge day over at the Pals Paper Arts website.  So I thought that since today was the first day that the Holiday Catalog went live I would use one of my favorite stamp sets from the new products, Making Spirits Bright.

Here is the image for the challenge (can you believe we’re up PPA217 already?):

And here is my interpretation:

Can you guess what’s new? Two things: the Note Tag Punch and the stamp set. I love pink almost as much as I love yellow (okay, maybe more). Technically I guess that it’s more of a Valentine, but I’m thinking of giving it to my husband for our 35th anniversary next month.  I used my scoring plate to make the two diagonal lines across the top piece of Blushing Bride card stock, and threw some dimensionals under the tag to pop it up off the Whisper White.

I’m actually amazed I got anything done today because right now my craft “area” is a nightmare – I tore a few albums apart and I have page protectors and pieces of 6″ x 6″ paper all over the place. But that’s what the floor is for, right? Now repeat after me:

one heartini, two heartini, three heartini, floor!
