Once a month I get a delicious treat (totally non-fattening) that makes me smile – My Paper Pumpkin, a subscription kit from Stampin’ Up! This month’s kit, One in a Melon, is super cute.
Here is a picture of everything included in this month’s kit:
Now that’s a lot of stuff: a stamp set, two ink spots, embellishments, envelopes, bags and tags, just about everything you need to make 8 projects! The only thing you need to supply is a pair of scissors. (You get a free acrylic block for the stamps the first time you subscribe).
The directions are easy to follow:
You always know what’s included each month:
(did you notice there’s even a measurement guide on the bottom so you don’t even need a ruler to cut the twine to the right length)
There is a full-color photo on the front of the instructions and a link for a video showing you how to put the contents together:
And here is my sample of the two projects included:
Super, super cute and easy, like I said. The little card is totes adorbs, the leaves are self-adhesive, and everything is nicely coordinated!
Now I just need to slip in that little jewelry box and gift card into the bag and I’m ready to go to the party!
Tomorrow I’ll show you some things you can do with the same kit but in a way that is completely different than what is shown!
Now get out there and do something creative today! And remember, you are one in a melon! (sorry, I just had to!)
