Happy Halloween…I Missed It!

Did you have a happy Halloween?

I hope so. I seem to have missed it. We had some family issues to deal with for a few days, so I’m afraid I got a bit off track. Nevertheless, I thought I’d share photos of the cards I made and sent to my kids this year. I really love this new stamp set from the Holiday Catalog, Tee-Hee-Hee. Very cute, funny sentiments, just up my alley. Take a look:

It’s one of the photopolymer stamp sets, very easy to use, clearly!! Get it? (Sorry, couldn’t resist). I made these cards purposely clean and simple, because I didn’t have a lot of time and I needed to get them in the mail. I have to tell you, those clear stamps are great! I used the Tuxedo Black Memento ink pad because the Classic Black just doesn’t do well on the Whisper White paper.

Here are close ups of a couple of the cards:

And are you checking out that adorable pumpkin in the background? A friend of mine (we were co-leaders for Girl Scouts back in the day) made that several years ago. She’s a very talented painter (and an author, BTW).

It may be too late for this year (unless you know how to time travel) for you to make your cards, but there’s always next year!!
