I am a retired Children and Youth Services librarian from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I have been married for forty years to someone who has lovingly turned a blind eye to my crafting addictions! I have three grown daughters and two beautiful grandsons who make every day worth living.
I have always loved creating things, starting with sewing clothes for my Barbie dolls when I was young. I progressed from there to actual sewing, including things like bathing suits, my wedding gown, children’s clothing, costumes, teddy bears, and on and on.
I launched my paper crafting obsession when I joined Creative Memories back in the late ’90s. At the same time I was introduced to the world of rubber stamping through a Stampin’ Up! demo. The rest, as they say, is history. I have also been a consultant with Close to My Heart and Stampin’ Up!, from which I retired in 2019.

I am no longer with Stampin’ Up!, so chances are you came across content that links directly there or to their products. I still have plenty of Stampin’ Up! inspiration on this blog; tutorials and cards, 3D items, etc. The only things missing are catalogs and product prices. So stick around and enjoy!
